With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting schemes secured, they are seeking an Assistant Buyer / Plant Manager to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities to include assisting with the below:
Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services necessary for projects.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate and current records of procurement activities.
Assist in monitoring and controlling project budgets related to procurement.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to achieve them.
Ensure all plant equipment complies with safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of plant equipment inventory and usage.
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Support the procurement team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
