We are working on behalf of a well-established regional Main Contractor who cover various projects across education, commercial, and healthcare up to 25 million who are looking for their next Project Manager to join their team.
About the role of Project Manager
This role will see you join a project near Lewes on a 10 million Care home to start, the opportunity will have you join at pre-con stage and see through to final handover.
Responsibilities for the Project Manager
- Implement detailed programmes and schedules
- Oversee the project budget
- Conduct regular inspections
- Be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Manage contract negotiations, agreements and procurement processes
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Previous experience in a project management role with a Main Contractor
- Track record of successful project delivery from pre-con stage
- Previous experience working in health care / care home sector would be beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder manager
