Your new role
As Technical Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Utilise your technical knowledge to address client enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee project implementation, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in a technical account management or related role with strong industry knowledge and familiarity with the food processing industry and relevant technologies. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions. You should have a Customer-Centric approach with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
