Lead Commercial Manager required for this outstanding project in North Wales
Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside a National Civil Engineering Contractor with a huge reputation within the Civil Engineering sector. We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to join an outstanding and unique project in North Wales
You will be joining one of the most unique projects in the UK; this is a £250m project, with a programme of works over 6 years
As the Commercial Manager on site, you'll come from a Heavy Civil Engineering background, and have prior experience working on large Civil Engineering projects previously. You'll have extensive experience managing project commercial teams on large civil / infrastructure projects, and you'll be an inspirational leader
You'll be highly proficient with NEC3/4, and will be highly skilled and knowledgeable with this form of contract, and it's adoption on this project. Reporting into the off-site Commercial Director, you'll have full responsibility for the commercial management of this project
Due to the location of this project, accommodation can be provided for the successful individual
