In this days based role you will have full responsibility of the building. This will include managing a team of caretakers, organisating contracts, ensure health and safety is optimised and be hands on when needed. The ideal candidate will have worked in a school environment where you have been hands on but also in charge of organising contractors and a small team. Full training will be provided.
