Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Up to £70k + Car Allowance + Bonus

middle is partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing privately owned consutrcution contractor, who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team!

The Role:

This role will be managing several high-value projects and the million and 1 parts that go into these projects. This will include, sub-contracts, looking over commercial contracts, dealing with customers and working alongside the Engineering team.

The right candidate will have:

• An appreciation or understanding of the Construction industry - idealy Commercial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, with exposure to the full project cycle.
• A strong communicator as this will require client-facing meetings.
• Experience of Prodcuremnt / QS.
• MCIOB, SMSTS, CSCS
• A Full, clean UK driving license.
