Construction Manager
Our clients are a Leicestershire based construction group providing professional construction project management and multi-disciplinary building services to the domestic and commercial markets throughout the East Midlands regions.
Reporting to: Company Directors
Hours of work: 42.50 hours per/week, 08:00am - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional out of hours working on projects and systems, smart/flexible working where role allows
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire (HQ)
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000, dependent upon experience

Role Summary:
As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our client's construction projects. Duties will include creating work schedules for your team, and allocating responsibilities. Managing the construction site on a daily basis, liaising with others involved on the project, produce and maintain accurate project documentation and conduct site visits, report to senior managers and stakeholders on project progress.

In terms of qualifications the ideal candidate will need:
- 5+ years of proven construction and project management experience
- CITB SMSTS accredited
- Clean UK driver's licence
Other desirable qualifications will be:
A qualification (HNC or Degree) in a relevant subject, such as:
- Construction Management
- Building Management
- Project Management
- Quantity Surveying
- CSCS Manager Card
- MCIOB, MRICS, or other equivalent professional accreditation
