Our client is a world leading producer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Plant Manager to join their close knit team. With sites across the world they provide genuine opportunities for progression.
Role & Responsibilities:Ensure the site is fully operational with efficiency models and targets are met
Deliver a safe operation inline with local legislations, ensuring quality management standards are adhered to
Ensuring the site is achieving reliable production operations
Execute continuous improvement projects, delivering plans across the site
Build and develop the team, implement training plans, succession planning, enable them to take ownership of projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Engineering Degree Qualified or extensive experience within industrial/process environmentsExperience in engineering or manufacturing environments
Six Sigma trained, continuous drive to improve and deliver on projects
Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams Benefits Package:£70,000 - £75,000 + 11% Bonus
