What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years post grad experience- BSc in Quantity Surveying Sound cost management experience in professional practice Excellent analytical skills and proficient in interrogating numerical and financial data Sound presentation, verbal, written and communication skills Personable and able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, in order to deliver a quality service and also maximise opportunities for repeat business Proficient in a wide range of IT skills including Microsoft Office packages (specifically Microsoft Excel and Project. Your new role
Due to continuing growth a vacancy has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor in the North West of England. The successful candidate will join a long established multi-disciplinary team and work alongside other quantity surveyors, project managers, surveyors, engineers and senior professionals. The workload will be varied and will cover both public & private sectors. The strong pipeline of work is based upon repeat basis combined with new wins, with our strength being the support of our Health, Education, Commercial & Local Government clients.
