Construction Project Manager for a diverse range of projects.

Hays is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an established independently owned construction, infrastructure, and support services companies in the UK. The Project Manager will be required to deal with a wide variety of people including clients, suppliers, commercial colleagues, and the wider Robertson team. They will also be required to manage the commercial aspects of the project, including tendering, tender analysis, information collation and such.

You will need to have good construction technical knowledge that can be applied to a diverse range of projects including education, leisure, historic buildings, community buildings, libraries, minor civil engineering, M&E installations and upgrades, asbestos removal and demolition/regeneration alongside new build and refurbishment works.

To understand the client brief and translate this into works packages for procurement, ensuring the risk is managed Manage the procurement, delivery, and project close in line with the business process. To support colleagues in the successful delivery of the project To manage client expectations and ensure work is delivered on time and to the standard of quality required SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

Recognised degree in construction, project management or equivalent business/technical qualification Demonstrated expertise in project management through all phases of a project life cycle Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and programs, including expertise with project management software #
